THIS IS A CATCH AND RELEASE DERBY ON JAN 23RD, OUT OF MARTINEZ. it is put on by Flash sportfishing
i am one of the weigh masters, i (we) drive around in a boat measuring caught sturgeon.
the rules state that cf #'s are needed, this is not the case, i have talked to steve talmadge of flash sportfishing, register your cf as KAYAK, make and model.
it is a fun derby, i have worked it before.
if you go be careful of boat traffic, ozol pier and inside mbf are probably the safest areas.
