Watch out for the fake Lucky Craft's on Ebay, I got dooped *Updated with pics*

Should have done a wee bit more research. But apparently they are knock offs. I bought 4 of the Lucky Craft Pointer SPs and they are not said to what they are, from my further reasarch they do not suspend and the hooks are crap! Ill have to go compare them to my real LC's and post up pics. His name is Hootcrazed on Ebay, he has hundreds listed.

Now for the semi comparisons.

I only had one Lucky Craft to compare it to not the same model but a good comparison. The ral one is the blue/silver one. One significant difference I noticed is the weight. Th fake ones are feather light and they have nearly no rattles in them.

The tails, real on one left. the injection on the mold is in different spots and you can really feel and see the seams on the fakes.



Real on top, hooks are night and day in difference. The fakes I an bend with my fingers and the real ones hooks ae double in thickness.



Also got a pack of 3 Rapala X-raps, Im guessing thse are wakes, very light as well.



Says Rapala on the bill but that don't mean sh*t!


When I was just carrying them in the house I dropped on Xrap and the bill fell off. Must be fake!

No, already left positive feedback, they look EXACTLY alike. It wasn't more than a few bucks, Ill still use them. Supposedly they have great action, just don't suspend like they should. I'll probably just upgrade hooks and still use them in the shallows. We will see.

That sucks J, you ca add weight to turn them into suspending baits.  Suspendots are like lead stickers you can apply to the baits belly or you can go old school and just crimp a split shot or wrap a pencil weight around the hook shaft.
