I can just see losing the fish because you try to paddle or turn and not keep line tight or more snags . The tip is all over the place

Have to admit, that's not what I thought of when I saw this subject line. Not sure which would be better...or worse as the case may be...

may work for some light delta action. OR as an emergency back up paddle.
