surelly they will come up with some new sort of stamp for it

~after they make something real stupid up for 2011, like.... "Save Your Water & Fish" Stamp.

That's what I was thinking !

If they raise the cost of the regular lic. They get to collect from everyone, not just us northerners. More in the pot, and of course the price goes up every year. What are you thinking?????????
