I put together a short list of one click wind forecast links. These are just points off the NWS site, but may be useful to people who don't know about the point and click marine forecast on the NWS sites. The ones over ocean water will include wave heights, the ones in Tomales bay also include wave heights but I believe the program is mistaken on that.

After you call up one of these, you can then zoom in or out on the map and click anywhere you want for a forecast for that point on the map.

   Thanks for those.
Maybe you know whether those are done by the same folks as these, which have proven to be pretty close to what I observe on the water, and are good a few days out:

Point and click, forecasts:
http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/firewx/fwpfm/fwpfm.php?wfo=mtr

Then there is this, which tells you the current conditions, but only right on the stations shown, and I don't know how to find the area to the south of the map:

Point and click, current conditions:

Thanks, I like your wind forecast better, it's not as pretty, but it's more detailed,

On the current conditions page, I've seen that for bay area only but it's nice to see the wider area,

Thanks for the new stuff for the use..
