Been working way too hard and decided to take an impromptu morning off ... On the water at 8:30 and off at 11:30. Folsom is is now at  5mph after reaching 400 feet. Nice and quiet at the lake this morning ... few boats ... however fewer fish ... but I didn't get skunked :)

He's not huge ... but I'll take anything in a drought.

Great minds must think alike. I needed on of those "Mental Health Sick Days" as all the travelling is finally catching up with me.

I went out yesterday morning at Doton's Point for about five hours and managed three of those just like yours. Thy all hit a Baby Bass Roboworm dropshotted. Didn't want Senkos, spoons, crankbaits, dartheads, or spinnerbaits. But they were fun on the one power dropshot rod. It bent and they took drag (on 4lb. test).

Shoot me a line the next time you need a break!

Tight lines!
