Irrigators with water "rights" that were established before anyone knew that the dam was extremely harmful to the fish run then got big assistance from the "enviros" to get money for their new pumps...

Who was losing?...

your view would be diffrent if you were in their shoes. I agree the dam down is good, but some are still losing
