What was the name of the video that we watched at elk where the guys were ab diving and spearfishing in nor cal?  I want to get it.

I wasn't there but it sounds like "Blue - Diving the Californias" by David Laird of Wallin's dive shop in San Carlos (which is where you can buy it - maybe online too?).
