HMB tourney Ciopinno

Cooked a pot for us on Friday night, turned out good, and was easy.

2 jars of ciopinno sauce
1 dungie
1 pound mussels
1 pound bay scallops
1 pound shrimp
1 large onion
1 green pepper
3 garlic cloves


Saute minced garlic in oil, add onion and green pepper, chopped.  saute until soft, add sauce and bring to boil.  Add raw shellfish, and cook until shrimp is almost done, add dpicked meat and legs/claws off dungie.  bring to boil, simmer for a couple minutes.  Serve with good french bread, and try to keep Mooch out of the pot until everyone has had some.
