help Humboldt bay

Humboldt bay is a land fill! there is trash everywhere. So this is my idea to everyone who yaks the bay for fishing or just a paddle. When your paddling along and you see a chunk of garbage grab it. I have done this while out and filled a plastic bag half full, and that's not going out to search for it but finding it as i fished. there are alot of kayaks on the bay and if we all start to do this it could make a difference. there are alot of people out there who don't care about what they are destroying so its up to those of us who do care.

I pick up trash too.   

 Good job folks. I am surprised though, while I expect that kind of thing in the SF Bay area because there are a lot of city folk who don't think much of nature here, I always thought we find more respect up there. Just surprised is all.
