254, down from 255.  A hot dog and few beers at the Nevada - UNLV game probably cost me a pound :smt011

Holding strong at 194lbs for the third straight week. I guess it's time to make some more significant eating changes. I better start tomorrow, 'cause tonight is panko fried halibut and prawns night.  :smt007

Not doing well at all. I'm back to 157. I have not improved overall. I only saw improvement after 1 week but I went back up. It's not the end of the world. I'll keep trying.  :smt001
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Holding the line at 192.2, which I'm pretty happy with.
I may get down below 190 before the holidays, but then I fear it's game over. At least I won't have as much to lose next spring.

Dropped 2 more lbs down to 221!!!

Not skimping on food this week though cuz I have my big run coming up on Sunday...then I am sure I will be bingeing on beers and barfood for the next two days so I imagine next weeks report won't be so good!!!

Sincerely,

Jim

Since I have reached my goal, I haven't been stressing out at all of my diet. I still
try not to eat so much though and it seems I have lost more weight.
