Yep you can eat that..

Took these covered them in salt for five hours and then soaked in sushi vinegar, created Saba that can be placed on sushi rice. We will see how it turns out, apparently this species is also known as California Mackerel in Japan.

The Sardines we covered with salt, burnt on a grill and ate with lemon and soy sauce at a party this evening went through most of them the day after they where caught. Also ate them yesterday Katsu style fried with bread crumbs yum yum.

Otter you missed out, there was two bands and a whole pig.
