snuck out for a couple of hours-- water was MUDDY, sturgeon water - at the brickyard. Picked up one as i hightailed it over to the islands. worked between 'em for 3 more, and dropped 4 in the process.

Here's more for ya abking!

i paddled to the zone at the brickyard, but the water was like a latte. talked to a whaler guy and he said it was better over at the quarry. I decided to just pick up and paddle straight to the gap between the marin islands. About 200 yds from the 'yard, i got nailed and fish on. Turned out to be a nice one-- keeper, but back he went. Nothing till the islands, whaler working the rip, i saw him drop a fish, set up up current and started casting over the ridge....that resulted in 3 fish in three drifts

Good job - great, in fact, for just a couple hours worth. Pretty big tide swings today stirring up the muck - current must've been rippin'. Thanks for the report. Sun must've been out in full force as well?
