Earth Quake Lake Co?

It was lighting the other morning...

Last night @ 9:30ish sitting watching tv and it feels like someone ran into our house...wham...than maybe a second later Wham again...whole house shook, walked outside looked around, all quiet...

Only other one I felt was back in late 80's up out of willits I was logging back than, and had my trailer on the job...was taking a shower, and I feel my trailer rocking back and forth...I thought the crew had stopped and were outside shaking my trailer...I open the door...nothing... next day I hear on the radio that there was a quake...

Cool thanks Patrick... what an imformitive site...did'nt see the one for that time but noticed talmage had a 1.9 sun than a 2.6 yesterday than a 3.3 today...also reports 790 quakes going off in CA just today...

You can't feel anything below 3.0.  A 4.0 is 1000 times stronger than a 3.0, a 5.0 is 1000 times stronger than a 4.0 and so on.

Earthquakes are really neat.  Especially when you get into slip faults and strike faults and seeing the side effects.  Look up pictures of Hollister and Parkfield to see some fun stuff.  Or look at fly overs of the San Andreas Fault.

So, if I felt the house shake hard...felt like someone ran into it, and than again a second or so later...I'm thinking WTF sure didn't see a 4 or greater listed @ time and date...but cool link all the same...
