Kinda slow today but I managed a 4lb and a 6lb red and my buddy got two 11 lb Lings.  I lost two nice hitchhikers, one shook himself off the gaff.  It was slow out there but I had a great time fishing with my buddy.  It was great meeting you Tote  :beer2.  We should hookup soon!

My 2 little reds.

Likewise Travis, just wish we would have seen each other on the water.
Before the season is over, let's get you a limit of abs ok?
The water was INCREDIBLE!!  20 foot top to bottom visibility easily with glass conditions in the morning til early afternoon. Wind swell and tide picked up around 2:30; enough to call it a day.
Will have pics of the Ocean Cove launch later, but for now I need to go pick up my next kayak project at Home Depot.

Yea, it was the clearest I have seen it yet this year.  I also could see the bottom in 20 feet of water, it was amazing.

Glad you got into some nice reds again... glad so many of us got to enjoy those great ocean conditions.  And it looks like Brian's big ling pot is still safe (for now).

It won't last for long.

I just love them reds.  I plan to beat Bill's cabby with a big fat Vermillion.  I have some secret spots scoped out.  :smt033
