Nice catching and thanks for the report. Lures? bait? How deep?

I have smoked trout with Alder wood. It's delicious. Wife and daughters keep asking for more.

not used to posting with pics... :smt003 I started fishing blue way early this yr, spent 1 1/2 mths trolling lures/freaking everything and wasn't getting it... than I thought ummm powerbait...I do 35 pulls and run 2 rods... 1 has chartruse other rainbow, I use the setup as if u were fishing from bank, cept leader line is the sticky point, was using 6lb the minute i switched to 2 wham...than I was busting off some nice fish...and up-ed it to 4lb...if u notice the 4 fish in front of smoker, I had 3 fish 2 to go and get a double in the end...land one and the other probably 18in busted me off... :smt009 but had to go to work...

If u fish blue...Ive found that u need a little chop...flat=0 fish also I paddle around till i see umm on my FF and just wait for the tap tap tap zzzzzzzzing :smt003 I've casted lures everything u can think of for not...power bait in those 2 colors @ 35 pulls BAMB :smt002 Always 35 pulls...

I smoked um with apple with some alder in it...tasty

Jedmo u ever take it and crush it up into little pieces put some butter in a pan, toss some eggs in there? ummm I've been pigging on that...had twice yesterday :smt009 :smt007 :smt044

yakuza that was the only fish eve before labor day 15 incher and after taking pic I turned and chummed... :smt009 my head was doing what that smiley is doing in your reply... a local said that they had never seen blue with that big...pic donst esplanin it... :smt001

Hint: don't eat the powerbait (it's not Powerade and doesn't make you a better fisher) use it for bait  :smt044 :smt044 :smt044
