I find this site most useful for figuring out tides.

Pick a place (arranged from north to south on the West Coast) and you get a table for the next couple days.

Further down you'll be able to pick particular days and even select a graphic option.

High water all day, guess I'll do my diving afterwards since there's no low-tide to catch for an extra 5' of depth.
