My lack of posts lately....

I haven't been in my kayak in almost a month, crazy for me to be off the water for that long. The first two weeks I was recovering from a bad injury falling off the roof and landing on the fence in the sitting position. Really bad muscle injury in my thigh. But aside from that I have moved to the Sierras, up by Arnold. I am originally from up here and finally feel at home. I know it's far from the delta but I will definitely be hitting it when the stripers are running this fall. I live about half an hour below Lake Alpine. So this will be my new home lake lol, along with Spicer Reservoir, Utica and Union Reservoirs. So if any of you guys head up this way, give me a holler and I'll hook up with you guys

bummer about the fall, heal up fast.  Lake Alpine, took my girlfriend there for her first camping trip.  It rained/snowed!  Didnt complain so I married her

jeff we're considering heading up that way for labor day weekend.  any tips on where to camp?

Funny, I was thinking about you today and wondering whats up with Jeff!  After reading Totes post about NCKA Philosophy, I thought of you and the situations you've been through this year.  Love to hook up with you someday man!  Glad to hear your doing alright, for a land lover  

Perfect elevation. A little snow but not too crazy. Look forward to spring time fishing up there with you.

Dude sorry to hear about your accident! Could have been alot worse! You could have been impailed by something, broke your back, etc.etc. Glad to hear your ok! Scope out the area well and find all the fish. After you do that I will come up and fish with you and reep the benifets! .. Heal fast buddy!!!
