Anyone fishing striper in monterey bay?

Hey, I've got Friday and Saturday off and I want to chase some striper.  I was thinking Capitola to Cement Ship, but I don't know if that' far enough SouthEast.  Also, I keep hearing about white seabass in Capitola and Natural Bridges, but I'm having no luck on the outside edge of the kelp beds.  How are people catching these ghosts?
