Why not 13th?

The wind (NOAA and UNDERGROUND)
13th 5-15 knts wind
14th 15-25 knts wind

The Waves (waverider)
13th 1 - 2 ft
14th 4 - 6 ft

I think I will stick to the 13th  :smt003
