Went out this weekend to SC in the PB. Got skunked but the bait was THICK. I broke out the new sabiki rod and it worked like a charm. Being able to retract the sabiki between run made bait catching a piece of cake. At least I got a freezer full of big ass 'dines. I got it from Hook 1 btw.

It worked pretty good. But it was really heavy and jigging for bait with it got old. The only thing I would do would be to flare the tip out more so the hooks slide in better. The weight was the only issue.
