Well Albion is come and gone with no "lutefisk"    Auberntroutfisherman did not attend...at least i didnt see you, I would love to try these dishes being discribed...one of these days...

I do not have an ocean yak yet.  I simply can not justify buying a toy with my current economic state.  I have been reselling stuff I find at garage sales and putting the profit in a yak fund, but I have a few hundred dollars to go until I can afford the yak I want.

Hee Hee.... Lutefisk... I always called it "the fish you can swish". 

I never cared for it (barf) but my parents love it and devour heaping plates of it a couple times every winter.
