165.8, same as last week.  Had to scramble yesterday after the July 4th festivities.

suuuuuprise...i went down in body fat...15.5%, and weight of course 138.  Now i know that's just 'cause of my ride last Sat and I'll rebound back up.

and BTW, there's no way i'm gonna keep my 16% and 141 now, i have to give up my rides to let my wife train for her marathon, so unless i do some serious food adjustments i'm doomed

So how do I join BLOTY?

I quit smoking about 2 weeks after GSIII, now I would like to drop 40 lbs (within 15 lbs of my competitive weight).  I am 5ft 11in, and weigh 220lbs. I have been jogging about 30 min per day 6x per week for the last 2 weeks and have cut all junk and most meat out of my diet (I was never a big meat eater anyways).  It would be nice to have some support doing this.

Just start posting I guess...  I've been in the Philippines for the last two weeks without my scale so I haven't been keeping up with my check-in's.  Between 50c beers, Boracay buffets, Filipino delicacies (for better and for worse), and a bout of travel sickness I'm hoping I don't clock in more than a 5lb increase...  OTOH I got to swim with a banded sea snake and see wild clownfish.

Want to gain weight?  Eat this!  Want to lose it?  Ask what it is.  ;)

No, it's not Nemo...

It looks delicious.  I can't imagine it is worse than bundaegi.  My friends usually drop a few lbs when they visit their families in the Philippines.  I lost 20 lbs in 2 months when I moved to Korea.

The chicharon bulaklak might be, but I haven't tried fried silkworm.  ;)  I definitely didn't lose weight since I'm already used to Filipino food, plus here there are servants who's job it is to keep your plate full of food and drink...
