Slice abalone 1/8”-1/16” thick ( about 10 slices)
Lightly tenderize
Place in ziploc and add-
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
˝ teaspoon of  Sriracha sauce ( or more depending on how hot you want it)
Dash of ginger powder
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
-Let sit in Ziploc for a hour or two

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in saucer pan heat on high
Cook for about 30 sec on each side
Serve over sticky rice and steamed veggies
