My favorite fish taco sauce, and excellent low fat salad dressing, enjoy.

In a blender, add one cup sour cream, juice of one lime, two cloves of garlic, three tablespoons of vege oil, one cup of cilantro chopped, half of a halopeno, salt and pepper to taste.  Blend up, and enjoy!  Add more oil to thin, or water for dressing for salad, and also is a great spread for sandwiches.

I would love avacado in it, but one of our kids is allergic.  Might have to make a side batch for her and let the feasting begin for the rest of us!

I wrote out this recipe but lost the paper by the time I got to the store, so I had to wing it...  came close!  I added half an onion, too.

Two thumbs up!

and +1 on the avacadoes...  but they are like $2 a piece now!

That sauce sounds really good. Another really good one that ive had is equal parts sour cream, mayo, and bbq sauce it is to die for.
