I haven't nailed anything down yet for that day.  I probably won't be able to go as far north as monterey but slo to cambria/san simeon would be good.  at some point I want to hit a beach just north of san simeon and give that a shot.

PSL was a blast today - my neighbor got a nice 28" hali and missed on at least 2 others - his 3rd miss may have been a seal - in any case it hammered him harder than anything else.  We also split a dozen rock fish off the point at the breakwater (all released) but there was too much pressure so we headed back in for more hali hunting - 5" white swimbaits were his ticket to success today

met another guy while loading up our gear who got two halis as well - i'll post a pic after filleting and dinner
