After hearing about Adams misfortune I want to throw this out to all NCKA members.
I am a passport acceptance agent. That means that if you want a passport you come to see me with your application and documentation. I verify you have submitted the proper documentation, collect the money then send off everything to the National Passport Agency. They verify what you have presented is legit, make your passport and send it to you.
I have easily done over a thousand of these without a glitch so I know my stuff.
If anyone has any questions concerning passports that they cant find the answer to at www.travel.state.gov send me a PM and I will answer it for you.
What I won't do is answer any questions on the forum as someone may read it and apply it to their specific situation which may not be correct for them at all.
So if you have any questions send me a PM and I will steer you in the right direction.
I only wish I could have talked with Adam about passports before his trip. :smt012
I haven't talked someone out of getting a passport card since Friday.

Mike, what's the difference between a regular passport and a passcard?

Thanks for your generous offer there Tote.
I got a real-deal passport about 5 years ago & thought it was coming due for a renewal. Thanks to the link you provided, I see now that the one I have is good for another 5 years.
Yet another little thing on the mental to-do list DONE, for a while anyway.
