Overslept.....again, but managed to get on the water by 8am.  Met Pat R. in the parking lot.  I was very glad that I met Pat, as my wheels broke, and he helped me get my boat to the water.  THANKS PAT! :smt001  Borrowed MBK wheels for the trek back to the parking lot.
The wind was up all morning, and the white caps started showing around 11am.  Stuck it out till 11:30am, and then headed in.  Ended up catching 5 blues (released 2 real little ones) and 1 copper?  Fish tacos for the family unit tonight :smt003

Yah... If he's the Pat, that I know, good man. I hit the CGP around 4pm, 26" ling off the tip, a couple dink blues and did I mention the furbag that followed the ling? Harbor seal actually, but 15' under the yak, I'm pretty sure I've got a ling on, then I see the white flash... OK, didn't feel like a flatty, over the sand though, nuts, probably a bat ray. No, it's the fur bag watching the both of us! I mean, eye contact from 10/15' down for 2 or 3 minutes, till I netted the ling. Still not sure what to do, fur bag hits the surface and barks at me and then gone. I've had fur bags grab rockies, but never a ling, this guy really wanted a taste...
