I've been considering adding an OK Prowler Trident 15 to my fleet but I am not sure where I'd put the white GPS Sensor puck on the deck. Anybody have any rigging shot to show how they did it--if anyone did?

Bill, This is a question, so I put it here instead of the manufacturer-specific forum but go ahead and move it if you prefer it over there.

I'm pretty sure Sean has one but off the top of my head, I'm not sure where it is located.  I'll try to dig up a picture.

I would put it where it won't be in the way or rub when racking it up. On my Marauder I put it in back of the front carry handle. It's been there for 4 years with no incidents.

There is a pic of one in the Trident pimping section somewhere.

Yup, Sean mounted it directly in front of the sonar shield. See pics here: http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php/topic,12918.0.html

I posted a thread about a failed gps sensor. You might want to seal the felt breathable vent on the bottom of the sensor.

I did a write up on it last year.

Sean, if it fishes even half as good and clean as it looks--it's the "no questions about it" best rig going out there for most of us. Between you and Eric and Scott, we've seen the flexibility of this boat. I'll trade just a little speed for dryness in January paddles--uh-huh-yes. Not even considering the rod pod and sonar cover. OK did their homework and came up with a great fishing kayak for the market.

Agreed.  The further refinements of this layout on the T-13 make it even better,  perfect really. However I am still a 15 foot sized guy.  I have about 300 miles on mine since last June and I couldn't be happier.  The footwells and the factory rudder are my only minor complaints, and EK solved the rudder issue nicely.

When I rig my next one I will do it like the "Super Clean T-13" thread with toe pilots like Kunz and a Hobie rudder and it should be the ultimate.
