BLOTY Week 24

Still at 196.6

Got 2 weeks to go before I go back to the British diet of beer and chips (fries). I don't think I'm ever gonna see 185!

Well... I finally found my scale again.  This week it's 279... a 4 pound improvement over my last weigh in three weeks ago... 29 lbs total.  I should move to a new house more often (not). 

I'm back down to 168 from 169 and 168 the prior two weeks.  Basically holding the line, though at higher resolution I'm still getting gradually lighter.  

Right at 2-oh-5.  I moved 4700 pounds of broken concrete over the weekend and did a nice MTB. I am f'n wooped...but the yard is looking good.

Lost almost 17lbs so far. I am loving it although it is such hard work. Starting
weight again was 171.2 lbs.

shoot im trying to gain weight sucks taking vitamins whey protein yet nothing still 130 okay when i eat im like 132 then i s@$%t 130
