anyone got any kayaks they wanna sell? im 6' @ 280# and ive tried the malibu xfac, tarpon 140 & 160(liked the 140 better) both the trident 13 and 15 and a few others i forgot , the 15' trident felt good but i got too comfortable and fell off, practiced self resue and finally figured it out , at this time i feel that i need a biger guy yak because of stabuilty issues but then again i was sitting in the more narrow yaks side sattle n all with no problem , im buddys with "i likey fish" so im just hating on him cuz he already got his , figured ide ask you guys who wanna upgrade before i go spent a pay check on a set up!! thanks guys

If you're patient, something nice will turn up.  If you're like me and lack patience, you'll end up spending more than you should. :smt003

Best of luck in your quest to find a kayak.  Make sure to check this board and craigslist.

right on guys , your right though , i rented a trident 15 today in monterey and had hella fun on it , went from MBK all the way to the red buoy and all around no problem , its actually a really stable yak , i practiced self rescues all day in the middle of the bay and everything worked great .
