If the weather is decent I'm planning on heading to MBK. But I could adjust to almost anywhere near by or North of there for company.

How does a person do better than weather.com for making plans?

Thanks

Ben

Thanks Brenden

If I read this right it's not going to be great??  15kt winds turning to 15-30 in the pm... small craft advisory in the PM...

<sigh> maybe I'll go Kokanee hunting instead

I feel your pain as I had the same initial interests and now have to change direction.

If I still lived in Modesto, I'd definitely hit one of the mother lode lakes or possibly one of the higher mountain lakes but since I'm stuck in San Jose and have only a day, I'll stay somewhat local, maybe hitting Del Valle, or possibly stay home altogether. :smt011

We were planning to hit Stillwater South, but I'm on the fence atm; the forecast looks pretty ugly.

Michael; there's always Paradise..........

Michael, if I remember correctly, you once mentioned fishing Don Pedro? I've never been, but heard the bass fishing was pretty good. I've never been clear on how to get there or where to go?? That might suit my mood better than trolling < 1 mph for kokes <g>.

But it sounds like that is even going to be snotty with wind, just minus the swell.  Paradise is definitely an option though, especially since the drive isn't terrible.

Not sure about Pedro since I'll be fishing for bass the following weekend at the FW event at Tiki Lagun.  That, and I'm looking at almost 3 hours in a car - 1 way.  Ben, if you're interested, PM me and I can give you some info.  I've only done it with my uncle in his bass boat.  He knows the area like the back of his hand, only fishing artificials.
