So I am at risk of growing a little tired of WSB if I stick to my usual ways of preparation. Any new suggestions would be appreciated

I'm really trying to feel bad for you Marmite but it's not easy to do. :smt002 I don't think you'll find whole lot of sympathy here for your predicament!

I've never caught one myself but I've always enjoyed it grilled simply with just some olive oil, salt and pepper and a bit of lemon. I've actually had some awesome sashimi from fresh WSB. I would imagine it to be great in ceviche as well.

I'm sure other people will have some better tips for you.

doug, seems like an easy solution to the problem would be to give some of it away to me!

Good one Ben! :fishing1
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Sounds like a ploy to have everyone revisit his WSB domination. I'd have done the same.
