BLOTY Week 23

I am proud to announce I have lost 0.4lbs since last week, down to 196.6. Yay for me.

I have 5.5lbs left to go to reach my goal. I know for a fact that this will be the
most difficult part of it all. The last few pounds.

I still don't know where the scale is... I'll try to track it down by next monday and hopefully it'll be kind to me having not stepped on it in a couple weeks

I'm STILL 141 and 16.1%...despite putting in hours and hours and hours and hours and hours on the bike... I wanted to get to 15%, and keep teh 140...but i'm doubting that now

I went diving the other day and my biggest fear was a Japanese harpoon to the back

stuck at 277

Hovering around 205..... 

 injured and tired, got too turn it around,  I'm thinking the Bike is the only answer

I was at 169.2, up 1.2, but I'll be in better shape next monday. 

Sorry I'm late, it's a shutdown week at work (off without pay), so I haven't been at a computer much.
