BLOTY week 21

MADE IT!  168lb this morning, down from 170.6lb last week.  That brought my BMI down from 25.2 to 24.8, making me 'normal' rather than 'overweight' for the first time since my oldest son was a zygote and I learned the hard way about 'sympathy weight'.

Rather than declare victory and buy a tub of ice cream, I'm going to taper back my diet gradually until I level out perhaps around 160lb.  I'll still have fiber one bars for lunch, but I'll eat breakfast more often and eat/drink a little bit more for dinner - still maintaining my spreadsheet to keep my honest.

Lest you think i have been totally slacking, here is my chart... I'm getting pretty good data from the combo Garmin 705 and my scale...i've long ago plateaued on weight and fat %. Interesting that you can actually see that i've become a more efficient machine when pedalling. The last few weeks have been single big rides vs. multiple rides per week earlier...next week is the start of the peaking- a huge ride then a taper to June 27th!

204.5 this am...down 15.5 from day one.  I was originally on my way to 200, but I think I need to reset that number to 190...I'm still fat and 4.5 pounds isn't gonna do it.  200 is still a goal, but its now a milestone not an end point.

I rode the heck out of the MTB again as well as a LOT of brutal yard work...no more front lawn.

LISTEN to you guys...lowering the targets...

Man, I maybe in that phase right now that my body wants to eat and not want to
exercise. It was really tough for me last week. I gained a pound back.

198.4 Basically unchanged for the week but I feel fortunate after a major GAF three day weekend at Big Sur.
