170.8 this week, down from 171.6 last week.  Still trudging and almost to 25 BMI.  (25.1 now)

Started at 220, headed to 200.  I hit 205 today, and was actually at 203 mid-week.  The bad news...as I get closer to my goal I realize that my REAL goal needs to be 190 as I'm still fat.  Oh well, I'll keep on pedaling the MTB until I get there.

Here's a couple photos (unfortunately no fish in the current one - my wife's finishing her senior year in two weeks so I've been on weekend kiddie duty).
Today:

A couple years ago (probably 5lb heavier than I started in Jan):

Just a bit of improvement.  ;)  I'll be keeping vampires away too!   :smt044

Man, that old photo is embarrassing.  I could be a spokesperson for fiber-one bars or something.

Josh... looking fit!  You need a new shirt though  :smt044

I'm still hovering at 281... down 27 lbs from the start but I need to focus to push it in to the 270's.  We'll see.

Still at 197.8, down less than 4lbs from the beginning.

The real proof is in those photo's PSpark. Plus you can really see the difference in photos of Jedmo and SBD.

Strong work all round.

I've got at least half a dozen of those shirts, and I got a new pack of them sometime in the last few years.  They're my 'dirty job' uniform, which is why I'm wearing one in most of my fishing photos.

Considering my diet at an airshow, followed by a rib fest I am happy to have stayed still at 277.

As with others mid week seems to be the easiest. Weekends offer the most prolonged calorie burning activities but generally offer up the tastiest foods at the same time.

Up a pound from last week to 198.1

Lost another 1.5 lbs. I have another 6.5 lbs to go. I am loving the fact that I
don't have to be so conscious anymore like I have from the past of removing my
shirt to go swimming in public. I want that wash board abs so bad. I wish by next
month or so.
