New Melones Kokanee

Word is it is on fire.  I am going on Monday, anyone want to join?  Limits in an hour, on one rod at 35'.  I am so on it, Berryessa cooled off, so new grounds are in order.

I picked up two 2 oz banana weights, so I want to try them to.  But I guess they are catching them from 30-50 feet and everywhere in between.  Red hot action.

Crap, Sunday being mother's day, might have to just get up early and drive.  My son has a baseball game in Modesto Monday evening, so I have to be in Motown by 5.  Should be doable though.  Chat at ya in a few.  Taking a buddy and his boy out for crappie this afternoon.

I may go also and I have an extra downrigger that fits into a scotty mount. The only thing is I'm thinking of going for the long hual and sleeping in the truck for one night at Stampede. Will post tomarrow afternoon/evening which one.
