I didn't like the way the forecast was looking for the bay this weekend, so instead I headed up to the delta.  I'm off at sunrise, and troll a few miles with no love.  The wind blew a little harder than predicted at times, but overall wasn't too bad.

Took a break from trolling to catch this little guy dropshotting...

...And took a second to attempt a FisHunter UW shot.  Still have a ways to go.

Later, while throwing a lipless crank along a nice looking rocky point I hook into what turns out to be a smallie!  Unfortunately, it threw the hook right at the side of the kayak, so no pic  :smt010  It was about the same size as the largemouth.
Then, to wrap things up, on the troll back to the launch I pick up a little striper.  It was barely bigger than the lure!

Overall, it was a slow day and no sizeable fish were caught, but I'm happy with the nice variety of dinks I managed to catch.  :smt044

Nate, the pics are appreciated.
I mostly like the first two.
I needs to hit the delta!
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.
