So.....

Lots of hungry anglers are going to arrive, let's make sure they are fed.

I will bring 16-20 pounds of pork to smoke on Saturday for Sat night.  It will reduce down to around 8-10 pounds of edible meat, and can feed 15-20 people.

I will also provide the buns and BBQ sauce (my own secret creation) for Saturday night.  In addition I will bring the necesarry jumbo pack of paper napkins.

What are you all going to bring?

We have two nights of eating to plan for, let's get going.

Friday is pretty much a do your own thing night, Saturday is the potluck.  If you look in the Roll call thread you can see what folks are bringing.  At this moment I am drooling over the Korean beef and Kaluha pig!
