Spring has sprung and with the increased daylight comes increased activities, perfect for staying busy and out of the kitchen for the most part.
Week one 205.6
Week 13   199.0  Not really much weight loss but definitely eating better and getting more exercise.

178.8 last week and 179.0 this week.  No loss, but I was down an unusually large amount last week.  That's 15.7lbs total.  I'm actually surprised I did that well since there was pizza at home last week and a party on saturday

Sorry to be late...no change for me this week.  Too busy at work and too much travel.  I hate my life right now!  :smt013 :smt013 :smt013

239lbs.  Not bad for me.  It's been 5 years since I was under 240.  Feel good too.

Just returned last night from 5 nights in Gualala - considering the diet of mass quantities of beer, mussels, steak, abalone and oysters I was concerned that I would be back up - but this morning brought good news: 266.8 - down from week 1 at 277.8. The diving, paddle and climb up and down the rocks must have helped burn off some.
