Been looking for a good quality cold smoker that can handle 20lbs of fish or so. Charcoal/wood is my personal favorite, as opposed to electric/propane.Haven't had any success finding a cold smoker browsing the internet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

build your own. use an old refrigerator for the fish box. use 6" galv stove pipe 6ft long to connect it to the fire-box. use a small metal garbage can with holes in it as the fire box. voila!!

Without a doubt the Traeger smoker is the best. I live in the city though and settled for a Bradley. Love the convenience and it's a huge step up from a Big Chief.
The fishing was so good I thought I was there yesterday!
