Humboldt Salmon season meeting

If you live in Humboldt County and are interested in having a token (10 day) Ocean Salmon season this late summer/fall then do what you can to make over to the  Red lion Hotel 7:00 pm this Wednesday. Tim from the Humboldt Tuna club says we need to show up in force with kayakers and PB'ers alike to show we really want this. They're not going to go for it unless they see a widespread interest and need. Guys like Tim (reelsteel fishing charters) do this for their living and could use our voice and support right now

It's pretty much a Humboldt thing blue, I wouldn't sweat a 7 hour drive unless you got some major salmon fever. Do come up though if we get our short season, likely to be around labor day weekend

My bad on the meeting day. It's actually tonight at 7:00 pm instead of Tomorrow. I got it mixed up with the harbor safety committee meeting thats actually tomorrow. I hope folks can still come but sorry for the wrong info.

Well I'll scratch that off my schedule for tomorrow then!
