Ah young one. I was a kid forty years ago and they definitely were not there.

When most of the fish stocks go in a few years, the seal population should be ready for the first harvest. But even that harvest will only last a couple of years until the factory seal ships figure out how to get all of them. Then its plankton and algae soup. Goes well with the rat and cockroach appetizer. Mmmmm... I have no faith in mankind.

Soylent seal.  ;)

I have a fantasy of training an orca to do to seals and sea lions what seals and sea lions do to salmon and other fish.  Hey, it's natural....  ;)
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.

ahh but you have to admit we've planned it well...re-route the freshwater out of the delta to increase the salinity, reduce the fish populations in the ocean/bay (by "overfishing") so we can lure the sealions into the delta to finish off the rest of the fish stocks...then...Seal Soup!
