BLOTY Week 8

went up north had some fun hangin out with the spider.  went from 242 to 247.  well worth it though

Yep, I'm traveling AGAIN this week so no picture

I get home tonight and I am not anticipating any more travel until the end of March.

I started at 197 and again this week I'm at 194.6. Considering all the traveling and the quick meals, beers with co-workers, and lack of exercise that goes with it I'm happy that for the last 3 weeks I have remained at exactly the same weight. I'll count that as a victory for now. Now, with a few weeks of staying home I'm hoping to peel off a couple more pounds.
