I have a little trailer with typical 12-inch wheels.
Side-wall information says to inflate to 60-psi

I re-inflated to speced pressure last July

Checked today and find the pressure to be down to 35 psi

My kayak-cradle's inflatable WHEELS lose tire pressure
My mountain bike tires lose pressure
Now it's clear my trailer tires do the same

My car tires hardly lose pressure at all.
I don't see.....why....but they really don't.

Anyway, I'm contributing a heads-up here.
Check your trailer tires.

You might want to try filling them with nitrogen, also make sure you rotate(roll) your tires so they don't get flat spots if they sit for an extended period of time.

I've read somewhere that vehicle tires do loose about 1PSI /mo. Things that sit as you noticed, will loose air.  The trailer I have under my 12' aluminum boat, had new tires (the tiny ones) but, the boat has sat where it was parked from our move since we moved and one tire went completly flat and rolled off the rim.  Once I get my impact on the rim to remove it I know I'll be able to reseat it.

Here is a good technique I learned years ago.  On a level, smooth piece of asphalt, with your truck or trailer fully loaded, with a piece of chalk draw a perpendicular line across the the tire.  Allow the vehicle to roll forward to a stop without using the brakes.  Now look to see what the chalk looks like.  if only the center is worn away you are under inflated, edges worn and center is intact under inflated.  Look for signs of cupping and wear.  Front tires almost always go out first so if you see signs of cupping rotate them out as soon as possible.

I forgot to mention I use dto work for sears and for motgomery wards as a tire/parts installer.  There is a saying in that industry 80% of al tire failures occur in the last 20% of the tires life.  And damn if it isn't true.
