too bad a huge cut from pyramid wouldnt count in AOTY though =(

have you ever fished pyramid brian?  I've always wanted to fish it but have never been able to get up that way.  we drove past el dorado hills the other day and i was wondering if you found a new place for all of your kayaks

Why wouldn't it?  Am I missing something?  Per the AOTY rules:

Quote
9. Trout are defined as the following common names (brown trout, brook trout, cutthroat trout, rainbow trout, steelhead, lake trout, golden trout, and dolly varden)

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Check out Scheels. It's right on 80 on the east side of Reno. It's 3 o4 4 times the size of Cabela's has lower prices and has a kayak section. It's a huge two story place with a Ferris wheel in the middle.

I would be way into.  I used to fish there all the time as a kid, it would be fun to go back.

I am putting a date on this trip. March 13th - 15th. We can get a trailer at Crosby's Lodge or if enough people we will rent a house.

Roll call......

I will also be up there with my family on April 4 and 5th and will have room for one more person to crash with us.

Id be up for a trip there, Ive camped a few time there, but never fished, it was just on the way to burningman, Ive driven past 10 times and heard it calling my name every time. There are some nice campgrounds around it, some with natural hot-springs, all with big fast lizards during the day and lots of creepy-crawlies at night and from what Ive been reading, a lot of big trout.
