Actually, for anyone still awake after this huge thread maybe we should just pick a minus tide and take his poles, and the new trout pole concept poke pole, and the 30" welding-wire-plus-painting-pole, plus some old bamboo-wire shorties, let's take em out and test drive em under GGB and fry up the catch later?  I have got some ab trimmings for bait.

Abking; lets' try yakpoling on the RF opener, if the conditions allow. Even if the ocean is a bit lumpy, those spots in your video look like prime poking locations.
