So what the heck, I've got a few lbs. to lose.  Poor eating habits developed at a young age combined with recently "retiring" from 21 years of soccer has led to some flab around the midsection.  And even worse, my thighs now rub when I walk ... go ahead, insert joke here. :smt012  :smt044

One thing I've got going for me is that the wife cooks healthy grub.

Obviously I too have some gnarled little toesies, not to mention eczema. :smt009  Oh well, watcha gonna do - I suppose wear socks next time.

I'd love to get down to 180 lbs.  I better dust off the running shoes.  Best of luck everybody.

Michael

I hit the scale at work, and I was 223, Ideally I would love to get below 200 or 15% BMI. I have many more mile to peddle.

IF we are supposed to put our goal weight in I would say 185 but honestly would be happy to see anything below 200. I am 5'10" 225 as of yesterday.
Been playing on my sons Wii Fit or as we call it We FAT.

Hopefully it's not too late to join in, but I just weighed in at the doctor's office two days ago at the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life: 201 lbs.  :smt013

I'm 5' 11" and just a year ago I weighed 180 lbs.  :smt011

I'll set my target at 175 lbs. That would put me back into the "healthy" range for my BMI.
I'll post my first weigh in picture in the next day or so. This is a great idea Sean!

OK, here's the initial weigh-in: 197 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. Shooting for 175 lbs ultimately.

I'll need  to get out and buy a scale, one that reads my weight (ugh!).

Al you need in, man.....c'mon you know you wanna......

Yeah, was too busy with work last week to get a scale.  Saw that Costco has one for 25$ that will read my weight, so I am going to try and get it today at lunch...
