Turkey~ New year's Weekend

Deep frying a turkey a different way this time.
I saw a video using a ladder which I thought was ridiculous...Then I thought about it a while.
What  GREAT idea and once set up makes things work soooooooooo easy.
From dropping into the oil to lifting out and letting drip was a snap.
Company's here now so time to entertain.
