Weather was nice but the water was low, so putting in at Trimmer was a workout. The gate is locked at the road but you can drive a little further down Trimmer Springs Road and enter through the campground. Slap the cart on and start walkin. Res. is only at 17%, so it was quite a hike!

Fishing was on all morning, we trolled kastmasters and shad raps and got into some nice fish. All bows no browns. We tried to paddle up river but the depth got down to less than a foot for what looked to be a quater mile or so, so we stayed around the boat ramp. Depth around there never got more than 20 feet deep.

We swiched over to worms in the early afternoon and Flach got a hog bow. Others around us in boats seemed to be doing fine on Power bait.

We each kept two for smokin and released all the others, It would have been no problem limiting out.

I'm having some difficulty uploading the pics, files may be too big, I'll try and resolve and post later on.

twenty feet?!  a lake and it's only 20'!  wow that must suck....WTGet on them though!
if you posting more than three(large file) pics at a time, it will give you that error message.
Try just three pics to a post...or you can size-down each one....or the camera might have a pre-setting for smaller sized pics....either way, please try, pics are a vital part of a post(IMHO) :smt003
